Worship And Fine Arts Department
Making His Praise Glorious!
First assembly's Worship and Fine Arts Department offers a wide spectrum of music ministry including Adult Praise Choir, Children's Choir, Celebration Choir, Worship Team, Praise Band, Orchestra and various Singing Ensembles. Our ministry philosophy is found in Psalm 66:2b "Make His Praise Glorious!" It is our desire that all the ministries of the Worship and Fine Arts Department will lead people into sincere and heartfelt praise and adoration of our Lord Jesus Christ
Praise Choir: A dynamic upbeat group that ministers weekly in music which speaks to the needs of today's world. They present two major performances per year, including an annual Christmas musical that has been seen by thousands.
Celebration Choir: A larger group that comes together to minister for special occasions such as Independence Day and Good Friday.
Children's Choir: For ages 6-13. This group ministers in nursing homes and other outreaches as well as in our Sunday morning services. They also present one children's musical each year.
